Copperhead The Alchemist's Gin 500ml

Unlike a lot of it's peers, Copperhead decided to go back to the roots of gin, and created a London Dry Gin. (This means the flavours are not added after distillation, but rather included during the process). Whilst they looked at many different flavour options, they after a month experimenting, they settled on the final five. Juniper, Cardamom, Orange peel, Angelica and Coriander.

The orange comes through predominantly in the aroma, with a sweet and citrus note. On the palate the orange again prevails, with the zestiness coming through. Juniper follows this, and there is a delicate hint of sweetness. The cardamom is noticeable, but certainly doesnt overpower. Copperhead finishes full of juniper, with distinct pine notes.
