Masseria Doppio Passo Cuvee 16 red wine, made from two red grape varieties Negroamaro and Primitivo, Puglia region, Italy. The grapes will be left to dry on the vine before being hand-harvested for production. After fermentation, 70% of the wine is aged in American oak barrels and 30% in French oak barrels for 9 months.
