Amarone Botter is made from Corvina, Molinara, and Rondinella strains. Carefully selected grapes are dried in ventilated rooms for about three months. Then the fruit is pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation lasts about 30 days, after which the wine is put into barrels for three years.
The wine has an intense red color with shades of garnet. Aromas of red fruit jam. Full, velvety, notes of spices on the finish.
Recommended for roasted meats in sauces or grilled white meat.
