INGREDIENTS:
Soya Sauce, Yeast Extract, Caramel(E621), Salt, and Preservative(E211).
PREPARATION:
700gm fish ,ginger(cut into small strips)and a little cooking oil.
1)Clean the fish then put it on a plate. After that, put it into a steamer and steam it for about ten minutes. When the fish has been cooked out, drain the steaming water from the plate. Set aside.
2)Heat the wok and oil then stir-fry ginger until golden colour. After that, pour it on top of the fish.
3)Finally, heat MASFOOD HK STEAM PEARCE and pour it onto the plate .you can serve it hot.
