Blue Hills Blackberry Raw Honey 500g

Bees make blackberry honey from the nectar of blooming wild blackberry plants. Large stands of wild blackberries are becoming increasingly scarce in Tasmania, and Blue Hills is one of the few beekeepers still producing wild blackberry honey. Genuine blackberry honey is prized for its light, delicate flavour and aroma. Blue Hills produces quality, gourmet honey. They have been consistently winning multiple Gold | Silver | and Bronze Awards for their range of honey. Note: Blue Hills honey is extracted using a traditional, cold extraction method. This is done to preserve the honey's delicate flavours, aromas, and natural properties. Because the honey has not been heated or finely filtered, it granulates (crystallizes, or "candies"). Pure, wild honey will granulate over time but will never spoil. Granulated honey can be gently re-liquidized by placing the glass jar in a pot of hot but not boiling water or a lukewarm oven under 45 degrees Celsius.
