Littleover Apiaries Pure Lavender honey is produced in the lavender fields of France & Spain.

The smell of lavender will send you on an instant trip back to summer holidays - it is great for sweetening drinks, cooking or spreading on hot toast or crumpets, & also perfect for cheering up a dark winter’s day.

The lavender honey, as all of the honey, is cold extracted, cold filtered & unblended to protect the natural proteins & enzymes in this premium honey.

This honey is produced by bees in hives that are situated in the lavender fields of France & Spain, at the time when the fields are in full bloom.

This is one of the most highly prized honeys of the world, famous for its lightly scented aroma & superb flavour.

Please note that this honey can vary in texture where it can be said not to be either clear or set, just one more of its unique properties.

All good honey may crystallise or set during storage. If this should occur please warm gently to return to its liquid state.
