Littleover Apiaries Pure Organic Forest Honey is one of the stronger flavoured honeys, reflecting its floral origins of the forest wilderness of New Zealand.

Ideal for spreading & use in baking when you really want the honey tones to zing.

The organic forest honey, as all of the honey is cold extracted, cold filtered & unblended to protect the natural proteins & enzymes in this premium honey.

The hives are situated in an area of Certified Organic wilderness far from any source of pollution in New Zealand’s beautiful Islands. A wilderness area renowned for its unspoilt natural beauty. This habitat is a vital source of food for some of the worlds rarest insects & creatures.

It was ensured that the farming was done in a sustainable & responsible manner while producing this delicate honey with its unique taste.

Please note that this honey can vary in texture where it can be said not to be either clear or set, just one more of its unique properties.

All good honey may crystallise or set during storage. If this should occur please warm gently to return to its liquid state.
