Irish Moss (also called Carrageen or sea moss) is primarily used as a vegan alternative to gelatin, a thickener for soups, stews and sauces and to make tea to act as a cough medicine, or even used in smoothies.

It can also be applied on the skin to soothe burns and moisturise and it is known to prevent acne and eczema.

All our pouches are now PLASTIC FREE and use biodegradable ink! They contain only paper and are therefore recyclable and compostable.
