Distilled in small batches using a traditional copper pot still, Archipelago Dry Gin is crafted from a base of pure grain spirit infused with carefully selected botanicals. Alongside classic gin ingredients such as juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, and citrus peel, the recipe features locally sourced botanicals unique to Indonesia, including torch ginger, fresh kecombrang flower, lemongrass, nutmeg, and long pepper. These island botanicals lend a vibrant, aromatic complexity and a subtle tropical character to the spirit.
