Domaine Seguinot Bordet is a family-owned and operated winery located in the village of Chablis, France. The estate has been in the Seguinot family for over 150 years, and is known for producing some of the finest Chablis wines in the region.

Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume is a single-vineyard wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown on a south-facing slope in the Fourchaume appellation. The soil in this area is composed of Kimmeridgian limestone, which gives the wine its characteristic minerality.

The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, and is then bottled without filtration. It has a pale straw-yellow color with green tints. The nose is delicate and complex, with aromas of citrus, white flowers, and minerality. The palate is dry, with a crisp acidity and a mineral finish.
