​Tommasi Poggio al Tufo Rompicollo 2021 is a distinguished Tuscan red wine that masterfully blends Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Produced by the esteemed Tommasi family in the Maremma Toscana region, this wine reflects the family's dedication to quality and tradition. ​

Winemaking Process: The grapes are meticulously selected from the Pitigliano estate's Rompicollo vineyard, situated on volcanic tuff soils with a southwest exposure. After controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats, the wine matures for 12 months in 65 hl Slavonian oak casks, enhancing its complexity and depth. ​
