Pure the Winery is the fruit of the illusion of an international group of wine lovers and a winery in the Piedmont region of Italy. Our project was born with a clear vision: to make wines that respond to the new needs of today's public.

As wine lovers, we wonder why in many countries less and less wine is drunk.

What's better than a good glass of wine when you've earned it?

Therefore, we began to investigate and discovered that adults like to enjoy good wine, but at the same time they feel guilty about consuming it and this has to do with the number of calories and carbohydrates present in it. To a large degree,

the caloric load is given by the unfermented sugars, which have not been converted into alcohol during production and are not necessary to give the wine a good flavour. Thus began our work to offer wine without sugar.

By incorporating certain innovations in the traditional fermentation technique,

we found a way to naturally convert all sugars into alcohol.

We got a wine without sugar or carbohydrates and with up to 50% fewer calories, 10.5% alcohol and a fantastic taste without complications. Our wines contain the best grapes: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Barbera and Merlot.

PURE is made by experienced winemakers in Piedmont, one of Italy's most respected wine regions.
