These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Section 1 - Online Store Terms
‍By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. Crawling, scraping and harvesting of the Site's information via automated programs, software, or any other method of screen scraping for commercial or personal purposes is strictly prohibited. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services. 

1.1 In the event that an order includes any beer, spirits, wine and/or liquor product, the customer warrants that he/she is not under the age of 18 years and is legally entitled to purchase any beer, spirits, wine and/or liquor product.

1.2 You shall ensure that no person or persons shall use your account to purchase any alcohol products if that person or persons cannot satisfy clauses 1.1.

Section 2 - Payments
You represent and warrant that if you are making any payments relating to the Services, any payment information you provided is true, correct and complete.

2.1 You will pay the charges incurred for your use of the Services at the posted rates, including any applicable taxes, via the Site or Mobile Application. Payment via the Site or Mobile Application shall be completed through Stripe secured payment gateway. You need to agree to Stripes’s terms and conditions for the use of Stripe’s secured payment gateway which may be found here: https://stripe.com/payment-terms/legal

‍2.2 All payment must be made in full. Fairmart may retain any item for which we have not received payment in full until such time we receive full payment. We also reserve the right to dispose the item in any manner we deem fit in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2.3 We do not accept any request to split the payment for one (1) or more products, samples or vouchers which are made in one (1) or more orders.

2.4 Fairmart or Stripe doesn't charge any commission on top of the sum you'll at the checkout while making an order. We do our best to ensure that prices displayed at Fairmart are accurate and consistent with prices in corresponding Store, however sometimes there might be slight differences. In an event when: 
    - Buyer made an order via Site and prices has changed and
     - Buyer is not happy with a new price,
Buyer has full rights to cancel the order and get a full refund. No commission will be charged by Fairmart or corresponding Store at this case.

These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
