Directions for Use: Diffusion: Use 3-4 drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Dilute in a carrier oil and apply on the desired area.
Caution: Always perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body (dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil before application).

Add 1 drop of peppermint essential oil into a large bowl of boiling hot water and inhale the steam with your eyes closed to alleviate upper respiratory discomfort. (Note: This technique is not suitable for anybody with asthma)
