Directions for Use:

Diffusion: Use 3-4 drops in the diffuser of your choice.

Topical use: Dilute in a carrier oil and apply on the desired area.

Always perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body (dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil before application).

Application Tips:
Add 12 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil into 30ml of carrier oil in a glass bottle. Shake well and use as below:

Massage the oil blend onto the scalp to stimulate blood circulation, hair growth and to soothe a dry, itchy scalp. Use sparingly.
 

Apply the oil blend on temples, behind the ears, neck and wrists to boost memory retention and concentration.
 

Rub on sore muscle and painful joints to increase blood circulation and relieve pain | inflammation.
