Aroma:
Lemon balm (Melissa Officinalis) essential oil has a lemony, herbaceous scent.

Properties:
Calming, promotes relaxation and induces sleep, antiviral, antibacterial, relieve muscle cramps, soothe nausea and repel insects.

Directions for Use:

Diffusion: 
Use 3-4 drops in the diffuser of your choice.

Topical use: 
Dilute with carrier oil and apply to desired area.
