From the vinification in a blend of the grape variety of Pinot Noir and Glera. This sensational Extra Dry sparkling wine of great prestige was born. The origin of the grapes is the classic one within the company of Tenuta Astoria on hilly lands at about 150 meters above sea level. The vineyards are oriented to the east-west with 3500 vines per hectare; vines with 15 years of age. The average production of 2/3 kg per strain is equal to 120/130 quintals per hectare. The harvest takes place manually in September. Vinification involves soft pressing and static decantation of the must. The primary fermentation takes place in steel at 18 º C with selected yeasts autochthonous.
