Dr Gram Organic Muesli With Mixed Dried Fruit Nut

Our muesli consists of rolled oats and instant oats, raisins, dried apricots,
dried figs, dried cranberries, dried blueberries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds
and almonds. Oats contain a soluble dietary fibre called beta glucan which helps
to lower cholesterol levels and can boost heart health. Contains natural
sweetness of the fructose in fruit and is low in sugars. With a relative
proportion of nuts and seeds, our muesli is also high in protein and healthy
fat.

Preparation
No cooking necessary. Add muesli to hot water or add to milk or beverages such
