Higashimaru Light Donburi Seasoning

This powdered seasoning makes it easy to prepare donburi by simply simmering chicken and onions and topping with an egg. The umami flavors of chicken and pork are added to bonito and kelp dashi, and the product is finished with light soy sauce.

The light soy sauce finish allows the color and flavor of the eggs to shine through. Ideal for oyakodon and tamagodon.
