This rum is the result of extremely long, classic Jamaican style fermentation of three months.
It is ditilled in the double retort pot still built by Forsyths and installed at Worthy Park in 2005.
It is bottled at 75.5% ABV, in the old classic style of Jamaican Overproof Rums.

Use it only for cocktails.
