Vinification: the grapes are sun-dried for 10-14 days before being pressed. Viento matures and ages in old oak barrels for 7 years

Appearance: deep amber colour due to sun-drying and long-term ageing in barrels

Nose: complex and complex with aromas of honey and dried fruit dominating

Mouth: rich with aromas of dried fruit and honey, the balance between sugars and acidity with a long aftertaste

Served at a temperature: of 6-8ºC

Accompanies strong cheeses, dried fruits, sweets and chocolate.
