Climate: Mediterranean with Eastern warm winds. A day-to-night temperature difference of 13-15 Celcius
Terroir: Located on Sandy hills of loose granite rocky subsoil within a proximity of 5 kilometres from the sea, the Αnatolikos vineyards practice organic viticulture and can produce 400-500 kilos per acre
Ageing: Long fermentation in the amphora with indigenous yeasts for 270 days without the addition of sulphites. The wine is bottled unfiltered and without any other treatment

Colour: Amber
Nose: Earthy with complex aromas of nuts, dried fruits, jam citrus, acacia honey and tea.
Palate: Gentle tannins, balanced acidity with a complex and exuberant aftertaste
