Director, Business Development

What You'll Be Doing

  • Spearhead Fairmart's sales and partner development program to unlock digital commerce for physical stores
  • Develop and execute sales and partner acquisition strategies in response to company objectives
  • Passionately represent Fairmart to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Lead a team of 2-3 BDAs, including their training and career development
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure our users realize the full potential of Fairmart's technology

  • Diploma in Business, communication, or related field.
  • At least 3 - 5 years' of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
