BABA'S GHEE URUNDAI MIX is a special blend of roasted mung bean, cardamom, dry ginger, salt and sugar, that can be shaped into balls when hot ghee (clarified butter) is added to it. It can also be used as a premix for sweet cookies or as an alternative base for biscuit base cakes and pies too.

Ghee urundai or nei urundai is a traditional South Indian sweet treat that comes in balls of various sizes based on preference, that is often packed in colourful plastic wrapping and may contain a variety of dried fruit and nuts. It is a must-have during festivals and special occasions but is also often served as a teatime treat or dessert. One is often not enough.
