Don Facundo Bacardí perfected the charcoal filtration system over a century ago. It's this process that gives the white rum its classic smooth texture and colour.

After charcoal filtration, the rum masters mix different rums to create the perfect BACARDÍ Carta Blanca blend.

The result of this multi-step process is a beautifully aromatic rum with delicate floral and fruity notes. Spot the hints of orange blossom, apricot, and citrus fruits alongside oaky vanilla.
