They are grasses grown in natural climatic conditions, allowing the roots to reach deep into the soil and infuse the plant with the most nutritious nutrients. Our whole-food grasses are dark green leafy vegetables that are harvested once or twice a year and provide a variety of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Wheatgrass is high in nutrients and minerals such as cobalt, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, sulfur, and zinc. It is high in chlorophyll, which contains enzymes such as superoxide dismutase, which has powerful antioxidant properties and provides energy to cells.
