Good Lady Golden Lime Marmalade only uses naturally grown golden limes from 3 years and above. As Lime trees are grown far apart from each other to allow them to attain their maximum potential yet lower in production , juicy and tender crops were harvested. The Fresh Golden Limes were hand-picked and fermented before sun drying. After seeds were removed, extra moisture were brewed to concentrated essence, retaining the original refreshing aroma and texture of natural golden limes.
