English Set Honey.  All of our honey is cold extracted, cold filtered and unblended to protect the natural proteins and enzymes in this superfood.

This honey is from hives placed in the heart of the English countryside during the late spring and summer seasons when the hives are at their most active.

It has hints of chestnut and lime blossom and all the goodness of our countryside.  It is perfect for spreading or use in cooking as a glaze or marinade. There can be nothing finer than English summer honey on hot buttered toast.
