The small pure white petals create a delicate, star-shaped flower that is not only beautiful but uniquely aromatic. Historically the delightful orange blossom symbolizes many things from good fortune to eternal love. They are used in wedding bouquets and floral arrangements, brewed as fragrant teas, mixed into delicacies, adorn desserts and are widely used in cosmetics and aromatherapy. It is easy to see how we and honeybees share an affinity for the honey of this lovely little flower.

The sweet citrus flavor of oranges is imparted to this honey from the nectar the bees gather. The color of this honey varies from white to light amber. The texture is viscous and smooth, perfect for drizzling over yogurt, using as an ingredient in salad dressings, or any dish that benefits from a sweet citrus accent.
