The daily dose of 20ml provides the body with sufficient amounts of vitamins B1, B2, niacin, B6, biotin and B12.

*Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and niacin contribute to normal energy-energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal function of the nervous system. Vitamins B2, B6, B12 and niacin contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
