1: Mix Hoang Yen Jelly Powder and 250g of fine sugar together and mix well. Boil 950 ml of water and then pour the mixture into boiling water and mix well until the mixture gradually dissolves (approximately 8 minutes). Optional: Add in colouring or flavouring of your choice. Put cut-mouth pieces of fruit in and pour the Hoang Yen solution into the moulds. Put mould jelly solution in the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve chilled. Method 2: Mix Hoang Yen Jelly Powder and 400g of Fine Sugar together and mix well. Boil 4 – 5 litres of coconut juice. Gradually pour the mixture into boiling coconut juice and mix well until the mixture is dissolved. Pour the Hoang Yen Coconut solution. Put mix including a little Hoang Yen and coconut milk on top.
