Hao Huan Luo Liuzhou River Snail Rice Noodles 300g

Ingredients:

Mixed Dried Rice Noodles: Rice, Corn Starch, Drinking Water (Rice: Corn Starch=55:45).

Flavouring Bags:

Snail Soup Bag: Drinking Water, Snail Soup, Edible Salt, Edible Vegetabe Oil, Yeast Extract, Chilli, Thick Broad-bean Sauce, White Sugar, Green Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Spices, Sodium Glutamate, Food Flavour, Potassium Sorbate (Preservative).

Pickled Cowpea, Pickled Radish&Jew's ear: Pickled Cowpea (Cowpea, Edible Salt, Vinegar, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate), Pickled Radish (Radish, Edible Salt, Sucralose, Monosodium Glutamate, Preservative: Sodium Dehydroacetate, Potassium Sorbate), Jew's ear(Jew's ear, Drinking Water), Edible Vegetable Oil, Chilli.

Pickled Bamboo Shoots Bag: Pickled Bamboo Shoots (Bamboo Shoots, Drinking Water, Preservative: Sodium Metabisulfite), Chilli, Edible Salt, Edible Vegetable Oil.

Chilli Oil Bag: Edilble Vegetable Oil, Chilli Spices.

Fried Peanuts & Yuba Bag: Yuba (Soybean, Drinking Water, Preservative: Hydros), Peanuts, Edible Vegetable Oil (Soybean Oil, TBHQ).

Vinegar Bag: Vinegar, Chilli, Minced Garlic, Edible Salt.

Cooking Instruction:

Method 1: Bring large pot of wtaer to boil. Toss dried rice noodles in boiling water cook for ten minutes. Drain well and put rice noodles in bowl, then take another 500ml of water to boil, pour rice noodles and snail soup, cook for futher 2 minutes. Add remainder flavourings you like, stir and enjoy. (Served with poaching)

Method 2: Bring water in a pot. Add dried rice noodles and cook 6 minutes. Remove from heat, cover the pot for 5 minutess, then drin well. Then take another boiled 20ml water pour in rice noodles and add 1/2 snail soup, toss the remainder flavourings you like, stir and enjoy.
