About the winery Sartori di Verona

What started in the late 19th century with Pietro Sartori's own vineyard to provide his hotel with good wine has grown over four generations into one of Veneto's leading wine producers: Sartori di Verona. Still based at the family winery in Negrar, in the heart of Valpolicella Classico, exports have soared: Sartori exports as much as 80% of its production.

The company owns vineyards in all known Classico zones and also has some special top wines from individual vineyards. Together with renowned oenologist Franco Barnabei, they manage the growth of grapes in the vineyards and the vinification of the wine.

Sartori's style ranges from classically aged to modern and youthful, from refreshingly dry to rich and intense. Sartori's highlights undoubtedly include the delectable 'Regolo', a fine Ripasso and the distinct Amarone della Valpolicella. These wines are counted among Italy's top wines.
