Intense ruby red colour, very bright. Intense notes of fresh red fruit, strawberries, raspberries and cherries; great olfactory cleanliness with intensity and persistence. On the palate it is dry but at the same time fruity, round, fresh, lively and pleasantly harmonious; a very clean wine with a great balance between acidity and tannins. 

Recommended with cured meats, mature cheeses, roasts, grilled meats and typical Emilian dishes.
