The 2018 Pinot Blanc Haus Klosterberg exhibits a lime-green, shimmering citrus colour along with a remarkably elegant and aromatic sur lie bouquet. Round and charming with flattering lush and ripe fruit on the palate, this has fine, crystalline, Riesling-like piquancy and salty acidity on the haughty, stimulating finish. This wine includes chalky terroirs in the upper Mosel on the border with Luxembourg. This is an excellent gastronomic wine with impressive finesse and delicacy.
