Produced in small batches in the heart of Piedmont, Rosso Amaranto is made with a base of fine Italian wine, infused with 38 carefully selected botanicals, including warm spices, aromatic herbs, roots, and citrus peels. The recipe strikes the perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness, delivering a refined and versatile vermouth that is as enjoyable on its own as it is in cocktails.

In the glass, it presents a deep ruby-red colour. The nose is aromatic and layered, with notes of cherry, dried plum, vanilla, and cinnamon, supported by hints of liquorice, clove, and bitter orange peel. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied, unfolding flavours of sweet red fruit, gentle spice, herbal complexity, and a subtle bitterness that lingers elegantly.
