Lustau Palo Cortado Península Sherry 750ml is an exceptional dry sherry from the prestigious House of Lustau, one of Spain’s most renowned producers of fine sherries. Bottled in Jerez de la Frontera, Andalusia, this Palo Cortado represents one of the rarest and most intriguing styles of sherry, offering a unique balance between the finesse of an Amontillado and the richness of an Oloroso.

Crafted from carefully selected Palomino grapes, this sherry undergoes a meticulous maturation process in American oak casks using the traditional Solera and Criaderas system. Over time, it develops remarkable complexity, depth, and character, making it a true connoisseur’s choice.

In the glass, it shows a deep amber to mahogany hue with golden reflections. The nose is highly expressive, revealing notes of toasted nuts, candied orange peel, dried fruits, and subtle hints of leather, tobacco, and fine wood.
