A gorgeous Champagne! Notes of Marcona almonds and hazelnuts on the nose. It's dry and elegant; refined and sumptuous! Baked pie crust, brioche, toasted vanilla with hints of meringue. Loved this! Easily paired with Brie and honey, toast points with smoked salmon, or a New Year's celebration.

After 5 to 8 years of ageing, the golden colour shines, and its beautiful effervescence of fine bubbles creates a creamy and persistent cord. An open and fragranced nose reveals aromas of yellow fruits (peach, apricot), then dry fruits (fig, almond and candied fruits).
The palate is powerful, fruity and structured, the final is long and velvety.

This champagne is elaborated from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. It is the perfect match with Odized flavours, white meat or even with Eastern and spiced dishes.
