Grahams is renowned for producing the finest port wines and is based in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal (near Porto). Graham's was one of the first port companies to invest in its own vineyards in Portugal's Douro Valley in 1890 and is now at the cutting edge of innovation in winemaking techniques.

Port is still made this way by deliberately stopping the fermentation of the grape must and adding a clear grape spirit called aguardente, commonly referred to as 'brandy'. This preserves a large amount of the grapes' natural sugars, giving Port its characteristic sweetness and richness.

The grapes from which Port is made must be grown in the mountainous Upper Douro region of northern Portugal. This protected region is the only place in the world where authentic Port can be made.

Graham's Late Bottled Vintage Port has been produced in the great vintage port style of Graham's. This vintage, with an almost compact purple colour, reveals vibrant aromas of blackberry and dark cherry as well as notes of freshly picked mint. Full-bodied with blackberry fruit flavours, this wine displays Graham's signature of complexity and elegance in perfect balance.
