Matured for 12 years in a combination of bourbon, sherry, and red wine casks, this single malt embodies harmony between fruit sweetness, oak influence, and gentle maritime salinity. Bottled at 45% ABV, natural colour, and non-chill filtered, it retains its full character and authenticity.

In the glass, it shows a deep gold with amber highlights. The nose is inviting, with aromas of honeyed malt, dried fruits, caramel, and ripe orchard fruits, lifted by hints of sea breeze and spice. On the palate, it is rich and layered, offering flavours of toffee, vanilla, sultanas, and red berries, interwoven with warm oak, hazelnuts, and a touch of coastal minerality. The finish is long, smooth, and lightly briny, leaving a lasting impression of sweet fruit, oak spice, and maritime freshness.
