Cynar (pronounced chinar) is a much loved Italian bitter liqueur, named for the artichokes (Cynara Scolymus) that are the main flavouring ingredients. Slightly medicinal on the nose and palate with herbal and citrus flavours finishing soft and bitter.

Drink over ice or can replace Campari in your favourite classic cocktails.
