Cachaca Pirassununga 51 is a distillate of Brazilian origin. Unlike rum, which is distilled from molasses, cachaca is obtained directly from the juice of unrefined sugar cane. Colourless and crystalline, it denotes delicate and ethereal floral, fruity and spicy aromas, with vague hints of tea. Warm and dry on the palate, with a strong taste and beautiful spicy persistence on the finish. Pirassununga 51 is the basic ingredient of Caipirinha and is widely used as a base for cocktails with tropical fruits.
