Abelha Organic Cachaça Silver 700ml is a vibrant, artisanal spirit crafted in Bahia, Brazil, using 100% organic sugarcane grown in the fertile highlands of Chapada Diamantina. Made with respect for tradition and the environment, Abelha is distilled in small batches in copper pot stills, ensuring purity, character, and a true expression of authentic Brazilian cachaça.

This unaged “Silver” expression is bottled directly after distillation to preserve the fresh, grassy, and vegetal qualities of the sugarcane. On the nose, it is crisp and aromatic, offering notes of fresh-cut cane, citrus peel, and a subtle herbal undertone. The palate is clean and lively, with flavours of green apple, tropical fruit, and gentle spice, balanced by a soft, natural sweetness. The finish is smooth and refreshing, with a lingering brightness that makes it perfect for mixing or sipping.
