Plantation Pineapple Stiggin’s Fancy is Master Blender and Distiller Alexandre Gabriel’s cult revival of a tradition popular in Victorian era London.
Made in collaboration with David Wondrich, it is a mix of Plantation Original Dark infused with pineapple and Plantation 3 Star Rum and re-distilled with pineapple rind. Named after the rum-nipping Reverend Stiggins, from Dickens’s Pickwick Papers, this rum is fruity, sweet, and ready to tiki.
