Description
Noilly Prat Original Dry is created using a secret recipe of around 20 herbs and spices sourced from all over the world, including roman chamomile from France and nutmeg from Indonesia. These herbs and spices are gently macerated for 3 weeks in the blended wines to give Noilly Prat Original Dry its distinct, aromatic profile.
Every day for these 3 weeks, the wines are stirred by the hand of the Master Blender, gently infusing them with all the unique aromas and flavours of the botanicals. This time honoured process is called the 'dodinage'.
Noilly Prat Original Dry is the quintessential French Vermouth.
