Domaine Bousquet Gaia 145

This Gaia is made from  50% Malbec, 45% Syrah en 5% Cabernet Sauvignon . The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted. The soil in which the vines grow consists of gravel and sand, which gives elegant and soft wines. The wine ages for 10 months on new French oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Opaque violet, almost black color. In the nose intense aromas of red and blackberries, showing many layers of silky and round.  On the palet silky and soft rounded tannin with notes of blackberries, spices and truffles providing aromatic complexity and an exquisite finish.

This wine goes excellent with red meats, red sauces, cheeses and chocolate desserts.
