Interesting to know... Allspice is the dried and growing fruit of the Pimenta dioica plant. Picked unripe, and dried in the sun, these add top notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove (all from the one ingredient) to the drink.

Perfect Serve

This works well mixed with tonic, but we particularly like this with ginger ale. In a glass filled with ice, add 50ml of the seed lip and then top up with Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Ale. Garnish with a slice of lime.
