Matured in a unique selection of refined casks chosen to highlight depth and smoothness, Distillery Select No.2 delivers an elegant balance of fruit, spice, and oak. On the nose, it opens with aromas of tropical fruits, warm vanilla, and gentle floral notes, layered with hints of toffee and spice. The palate is silky and well-rounded, showcasing flavours of ripe mango, orchard fruits, honey, and creamy vanilla, supported by subtle oak and a touch of peppery warmth.
