The Grand Brut of Perrier Jouët is among the most requested champagnes in the world, the first made by the maison. With surprising aromatic subtlety, the Grand Brut is proposed as a bubble for the best occasions.

The Grand Brut is a Perrier Jouët champagne composed of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Extremely refined, it comes from a precise and intuitive process; the Grand Brut, in fact, is the first champagne for which the maison reduces the amount of sugar in the dosage in order to achieve greater elegance. So this champagne manages to differentiate itself from the others already in the 80s and to become one of the most sought after in the world.

The cuvée is composed of wines produced especially in the current year along with a percentage of reserve wines from previous years. The aging is long, about 3 years in the plaster cellars of Perrier Jouët, located underground.

The result is a well-structured, balanced and round champagne. The Grand Brut suggests notes of white flowers on the nose, of fresh and yellow fruit, hints that evolve towards butter, brioche and vanilla. The fresh and lively taste makes it a bubble particularly suitable for occasions where elegance and finesse are required.
