Cantina Colli Euganei is a cooperative of 68 members who grow and bottle their own grapes. The vineyards are located in the hills near Parque dei Colli in the heart of Veneto. The philosophy of the canteen is to offer quality wines at an honest price from local and international varieties. They have received several awards for Moscato sparkling wines and red wines such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Sweet, aromatic and very persistent flavour. Pale yellow, persistent forth and refined perlage. The flavour is typical of the variety and quite intense.

The grapes are from member's vineyards situated in the DOC area of the Euganean Hills nature reserve. The soils are of clayey (Euganean marls), calcareous and rich in fossils. The grapes are harvested in September, going through second fermentation in large closed tanks at a controlled temperature.
